• IITM Heritage: IIT Madras Class of 1972. Active on campus stage, General Secretary of Godavari Hostel, and served on the CampusTimes Editorial Board.

• The Houston Pioneer (1979): Sparked the idea for IITMAANA after gathering Houston-area IITM grads for a park picnic in 1979. Helped establish the first North American alumni database and raised foundational funds to purchase computers for IITM.

• Corporate & Academic Career: 35+ year executive career across Bristol Myers, Burroughs Wellcome, Lucent Technologies, and ITT Industries, alongside teaching at the George Washington University School of Business.

• Devotional & Linguistic Scholar: Passionate teacher and researcher decoding Tiruppugazh meters (chandam) and Sanskrit grammar (samāsa) for learners worldwide.
